How to Bet at Asian Bookmakers and Which Ones You Can Reach

You keep hearing that the real prices sit at a few Asian books. Can you actually get in?

Six Asian books appear on broker lists, and reaching one is the access half of which bookmaker has the best odds. The table counts the doors to each, names the broker tool behind each door and shows the gaps.

Which broker lists which of six books
Book BetInAsia AsianConnect MadMarket Sportmarket Listed by Watch out for
3et BLACK Asianodds88 Edge Sportmarket betting platform 4 Its terms let it void suspicious bets and freeze payouts, withdrawals go back by the deposit method, and full identity checks apply.
BetISN BLACK Asianodds88 not listed not listed 2 Reviewers note a narrow sports range and a basic interface. No verified user reports.
Penta88 BLACK Asianodds88 not listed not listed 2 Its BetInAsia route rests on published reviews, and claims that it welcomes winners come from third parties. No verified user reports.
Pinnacle PS3838 and BLACK PS3838 Probet42 (Pinnacle-style, not Pinnacle) PS3838 4 (5 products) Brokers call PS3838 Pinnacle-powered; Pinnacle's own pages do not mention it. Limits at PS3838 depend on the broker.
Sbobet BLACK Not on its bookie list Edge Sportmarket betting platform 3 Its rules let it close accounts, refuse bets and show different prices to different players. Public reviews are few and mostly negative.
Singbet BLACK Asianodds88 Edge Sportmarket betting platform, on request 4 (1 on request) Sportmarket warns that it can void bets, sometimes winning ones. No licence register entry was found for it.

One count per broker, not per product: Pinnacle shows 5 products because BetInAsia sells two of them, PS3838 and BLACK, and its 4 includes MadMarket's Probet42, which is Pinnacle-style and not Pinnacle, so three brokers list Pinnacle-powered accounts. The order is fixed and implies no ranking: books alphabetical, brokers in the site's usual order. A 'not listed' cell means only that no route is confirmed; the one established gap is Sbobet at AsianConnect, whose own bookie list does not include it. Asianodds88 is AsianConnect's aggregator account, and 'on request' means you ask Sportmarket's support for Singbet.

To bet at Asian bookmakers, many of these books are reached through a broker, and the book's rules and your local law still apply.

In this table 'Asian bookmaker' means a book described as built on thin margins and high volume, a different group from the consumer sites that rankings label Asian. Some of these books take direct sign-ups under country rules of their own; several are described in published reviews as reachable only through a broker. Each route in the table is one broker product that lists the book. A route is not a permission: the book's own terms, the broker's identity checks and the law where you live all still apply, and a country the book excludes stays excluded. You must be 18 or older.

Where do the routes in the table come from?

Routes come from the brokers' own pages and account screens where those could be read, and from published reviews where they could not. BetInAsia's own pages could not be read, so its six cells rest on published reviews of its BLACK platform. AsianConnect's cells for Singbet, BetISN and Penta88 rest on its account screen, which lists them under Asianodds88 and says that aggregator places bets automatically.

Published reviews of BLACK list all six books, AsianConnect's pages and screen cover five, and MadMarket and Sportmarket cover four each, the same four. Penta88 and BetISN are each listed at two brokers.

Pinnacle is the row that needs the most care. BetInAsia lists Pinnacle-powered accounts through PS3838 and BLACK, AsianConnect and Sportmarket through PS3838, while MadMarket sells Probet42 instead, its own sportsbook in the Pinnacle style and a different product from Pinnacle. As for the tool names, BLACK, Edge and Sportmarket's betting platform are described as running on Mollybet, a trading software provider that is not a bookmaker.

Which kind of 'Asian bookmaker' is in the table?

Three things hide behind the word, and only one of them is in the table above.

An operator based in Asia
The literal reading holds up poorly. Where an operator's entity could be read, it sits outside Asia: Pinnacle's privacy policy names a company in Belize, and 3et's terms name one in Alderney. The name describes a pricing model and a customer base more than a place.
A book built on the Asian model
Thin margins on high volume, with most bettors reaching it through a broker. Every book in the table is described this way, and this is the meaning the page follows.
A consumer site that rankings label Asian
Offshore books aimed at Asian markets and sold to a general audience. Rankings often file them under the same label, and none of them is in the table.

Asian handicap belongs to none of the three: it is a bet type, and this page is about who takes the bet. How the market works is on the Asian handicap page.

Direct account or a broker: what does the extra layer change?

Pinnacle and 3et run direct sign-ups with country rules of their own, while published reviews describe Singbet, Penta88 and BetISN as books with no direct public account. That split gives the decision rule: read the book's own terms for your country first. If they exclude you, the terms have answered for you, and a broker's route does not change that. If they cover you, we would go direct, because a second contract and a second identity check are a cost worth paying only for access you cannot get otherwise.

What the extra layer allows

  • One login shows prices from several of these books, so the same match can carry several prices on one screen.
  • Three books that published reviews describe as having no direct public account, Singbet, Penta88 and BetISN, appear as broker products.

What it leaves alone, and what it adds

  • The book's rules still apply: voided bets, limits and closed accounts remain the book's to decide, including on bets placed through a broker.
  • The law where you live does not move, and a country the book excludes stays excluded. Checking both is your responsibility.
  • Identity checks apply twice: the broker checks you before a withdrawal, and the book can have its own rules.
  • A second contract brings a country list of its own and reported problems of its own, covered next.

A book that says winners are welcome is speaking for itself, and the broker in front of it is a separate company with a separate record. User reports mention BetInAsia accounts left 'under review' while a withdrawal waits, one of the most cited complaints about it. At AsianConnect, reviews describe payouts that stall whenever a new round of document checks begins, with no answer from the operator in public. Some Sportmarket users find verification slow and say live bets go through late. MadMarket is a recent operator, and neither an independent test nor a verified user report turned up.

Voided winning bets trace back to the book's rules, and BetInAsia's reply, according to published reviews, is to point to the book. The holds on withdrawals that users report at BetInAsia and AsianConnect sit on the broker's side; at Sbobet, reviews put blocked withdrawals on the book. The sports betting brokers guide covers that layer on its own.

Are Asian books cheaper and deeper?

None of these books publishes a liquidity figure, and the brokers' pages give none either. No figures, then. This page prints no margin and no per-book stake limit for that reason: the margin numbers in circulation come from review sites and forum threads, and the Sbobet figures, covered below, disagree with one another.

What the brokers do say explains why a limit moves. Sportmarket says the maximum stake shows on the bet ticket and varies by book, match and price, and that a stake above one book's maximum can be split across several books. MadMarket says the maximum on Edge depends on the book, the market and the liquidity, and its terms let it change limits without notice, account by account. AsianConnect labels the limits of PS3838 and Asianodds88 'very high' and gives no amount.

The one official limit figure found is Pinnacle's daily cap on multiple bets, which sits with the rest of the Pinnacle detail on the Pinnacle access guide; the wider question of who caps whom is in the guide to bookies that do not limit winners.

Low margin, sharp and winners welcome are descriptions the operators give themselves, and none is a measurement. Only one independent study found touches any of these books, and it looks at football odds. For what 'sharp' is supposed to mean, see what makes a bookmaker sharp; the bookmaker margin calculator turns any two prices into a margin. Our reading is that 'winners welcome' remains marketing until an account proves otherwise, because the terms of several of these books reserve the right to close accounts, void bets or limit stakes. Your stake should follow your bankroll.

And what about Sbobet?

Sbobet's betting rules, as published by Sportmarket, let it suspend or close any account, and refuse any bet, at any time without giving a reason, and the same rules allow it to show different prices or handicaps to different players, so the odds you see may differ from the odds another player sees.

Older forum threads describe lower maximum stakes and voided bets. Its Trustpilot profile shows 1.8 out of 5 from 35 reviews, mostly one-star reviews about blocked accounts and withdrawals; the profile is unclaimed and some reviews may concern imitation sites. A demand for a 'verification fee' is a warning sign at any operator. Margin figures published for Sbobet disagree from one review site to another, and none comes from an independent audit. Published reviews list it among the books on BetInAsia's BLACK platform, and MadMarket's Edge page and Sportmarket's help pages list it too. AsianConnect's bookie list does not. A broker changes none of these rules.

What do user reports say, book by book?

Forum threads and review sites lean negative, and many published tests come from sites with a commercial interest in the operator. Sbobet's record is in its own section above; the other books, one by one:

  • Pinnacle. According to the operator, it offers low margins and high limits and welcomes winning players; its terms reserve the right to limit bets, and users dispute how the policy works in practice. Withdrawals, identity checks and the rest of the record are in the guide to who can use Pinnacle.
  • Singbet. User reports on forums describe winning bets voided as abnormal bets, in some cases long after the match, and estimates of how often it happens range from under 1 percent to a few percent of bets and are not verified. Sportmarket adds that it does not control Singbet's internal processes and that the risk of voided bets cannot be fully eliminated. Stake at Singbet only what you can live with seeing voided: even a broker that lists the book warns about it.
  • 3et. According to its terms, it can void suspicious bets and freeze payouts during an investigation, which also applies to bets placed through a broker, and it sends withdrawals back to the deposit method. Registration is limited to the countries on its form's list, full verification is required, and the operator warns that your documents must match the country you select. Published tests report no native app and no chat line. No independent user reports were found, and that silence tells you nothing either way.
  • Penta88 and BetISN. No verified user reports on either book were found. Reviewers note a narrow sports range and a basic interface at BetISN; those are observations from reviewers. Some third-party sites say Penta88 welcomes high-stakes and winning players, a marketing claim from outside the operator that could not be verified.

Before you open anything

  • Go direct if the book's own terms and country list cover where you live, because you deal with one company and pass one identity check.
  • Weigh a broker only for a book that takes no public accounts, and read that broker's country list and identity rules before you fund anything.
  • Stop if the book's own terms or the broker's country list exclude you, or if the law where you live forbids it. No broker can lift an exclusion in the book's terms or in the law.
  • Test a withdrawal early with a sum you can spare, because the recurring complaints sit at the point where money leaves.

Give your real name and documents from the start: the broker checks your identity before a withdrawal, and the country you register under has to match them. You must be 18 or older, betting carries risk, and legality varies by country: checking yours is your job, and a broker does not change it.
