What a League of Legends bet actually covers
You already know how to read a moneyline. Where League of Legends betting odds move the most
Regional splits run most of the year, but two events pull real volume and, with it, deeper markets: MSI in early summer and Worlds in autumn. The best-of-three cutoff inside the Swiss stage and the Fearless Draft rule through the knockout bracket come from independent trackers citing Riot's original format announcement, not restated word for word on the page linked here, so treat that detail as reported rather than freshly confirmed on the source itself.
Nineteen teams will contest the bracket above: three each from the LCK, LCS, LCP, LEC and LPL, two from the CBLOL, one slot for the MSI champion, and one extra slot for the region that produced the MSI runner-up (a reward for strength in depth, not just for winning).

The bracket stage fielded eleven teams: two each from the LCK, LCS, LCP, LEC and LPL, and one from the CBLOL.
MSI 2026 already happened: the play-in bracket ran from June 28 to July 1, and the bracket stage followed from July 3 to July 12, all of it best-of-five, in Daejeon, South Korea. Two of the nineteen Worlds slots above trace back to that result, the champion's own seat and the extra seat for the runner-up's region, but those are rules of the qualification system, not a report on who actually filled either seat.
What Riot's rules mean for the price you see
